Join Coastal Bluez Club, Aaliigned & The Self Love Club for an intimate evening of movement, reflection, and meaningful connection at the beautiful El Jardín Inn. The evening begins with a grounding Slow Flow Yoga practice led by Aaliigned by Andrea, designed to help you arrive fully in the present moment. From there, we’ll transition into a guided Story Circle led by Georgia Barnett, founder of The Self Love Club, featuring meditation, journaling, and open conversation centered around this month’s theme: “The Risk I Took” Whether it’s a leap of faith, a career move, a relationship, a move across the world, or a moment you chose yourself despite fear, this circle is an invitation to reflect, share, and connect through the stories that shape us.

Coastal Bluez Club was founded by Shahraj R. after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to find genuine connection in a new city. What began as a search for belonging has grown into a social wellness community bringing people together through movement, storytelling, and shared experiences. The Self Love Club was founded by Georgia Bernett. As a passionate self-love and empowerment coach and the founder of The Self Love Club, Georgia builds a global community that supports thousands of women in reconnecting with themselves and each other. Her work blends nervous-system regulation, somatic practice, ritual, and modern spirituality to create safe, nourishing spaces where women feel seen, held, supported and celebrated. Aaligned by Andrea blends mindful movement, breath, and intentional practice to help people reconnect with themselves both on and off the mat. Elysian is a wellness-focused matcha brand dedicated to creating intentional rituals through high-quality ceremonial matcha and mindful living.

This special gathering honors Jacksun Benavidez, celebrating his creative vision and contributions to the arts community. As the night unfolds, enjoy captivating performances by flame and fire dancers, live beats from DJ Angelica Rose, and refreshing specialty sips by Mori Matcha.
Jacksun Benavidez is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores themes of inner harmony, self-awareness, and human connection. Drawing inspiration from spiritual, cultural, and environmental influences, he creates vibrant works that evoke a sense of wonder, reflection, and interconnectedness. His art serves as a visual meditation, inviting viewers to reconnect with themselves, one another, and the world around them.
At the heart of Benavidez’s practice is the belief that every individual possesses an innate creative spark. Guided by the philosophy, “I create to remember,” he uses art as a means of preserving meaning, memory, and shared human experience. Through his work, he creates spaces for contemplation and connection, encouraging audiences to engage more deeply with the beauty and unity that exist within everyday life.

Sam Reynolds | Cafe Namaste Founder of Cafe Namaste, Miami's community wellness collective. Sam leads yoga and wellness programming across the city, from boutique residences to botanical gardens. Her teaching centers connection, breath, and meeting life as it is. A registered yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, Sam guides students through the holistic practices of yoga and leads international retreats. She moved to Miami in 2007 to study her Master's at the University of Miami and returned after living and working in the Czech Republic and Rwanda for six years. Miami has been home ever since. Michi Abreu | Move Like Michi Pilates teacher, dancer, and 500 HR RYT. Miami native. Featured Resident Artist: Gia Gutierrez
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, raised in Jamaica, Queens, New York, and now based in East Harlem, Giannina Gutierrez is a multimedia artist, muralist, and teaching artist whose work is deeply informed by her Caribbean heritage, New York City upbringing, and enduring love of animal and plant life.
After studying at the Art Students League and earning a Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute, Gia developed a multidisciplinary practice spanning painting, drawing, sculpture, and public art. Her work explores themes of growth, resilience, humanity, and universal harmony, reflecting both personal experiences and observations of the world around her.
As a muralist and educator, Gia is passionate about collaborating with communities to promote expression, inclusion, individuality, and sustainability. Today, she remains active as a public artist and teaching artist while continuing to expand her mixed-media studio practice.

Featuring our May resident artist Lisa Kusanagi, MFA, a multidisciplinary artist working across dance, physical theater, experimental film, and visual art. She explores themes of memory, identity, and transformation, pursuing visceral vulnerability in works that merge rigorous form with quirky humor, bold physicality, and social commentary. Through immersive, non-verbal works, she weaves movement and image into a unified visual poetry, expressing and embodying what words cannot. ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ricardo Williams is currently the host of Nerd Nite Orlando and works as a designer, filmmaker, and musician. He also writes about culture, history, and US politics.
Ricardo is a former track and field athlete who studied television production and communications at New York City’s Pace University. During his time there, Ricardo worked in student government and was a member of the Programming and Campus Entertainment Board.
Professionally, Ricardo has worked on grassroots campaigns, startups, non-profits, and also guest lectured on film theory and video production at New York City’s School of Visual Arts.
Since 2013, Ricardo has organized and hosted Nerd Nite. With recurring events in Orlando, Nerd Nite is an evening of entertaining and educational presentations where every month guest speakers are invited to give presentations where they “nerd out” about a topic.
Outside of Nerd Nite Orlando, Ricardo has also organized and participated in special events for Comic-Con International, SXSW, and National Geographic’s Future is Here Festival, among others. Ricardo has also hosted televised programming, including a special Nerd Nite series on PBS for WUCF-TV.

Bianca Natali | Miami Walk Club Born and raised in Miami, Bianca is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 250) and Pilates instructor with over 2,000 hours of group fitness teaching. She is the founder of non-profit Beyond Grey, co-founder of Miami Walk Club, and has created and managed over 200 wellness events across the city. Sam Reynolds | Cafe Namaste Founder of Cafe Namaste, Miami's community wellness collective. Sam leads yoga and wellness programming across the city, from boutique residences to botanical gardens. Her teaching centers connection, breath, and meeting life as it is. A registered yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, Sam guides students through the holistic practices of yoga and leads international retreats. She moved to Miami in 2007 to study her Master's at the University of Miami and returned after living and working in the Czech Republic and Rwanda for six years. Miami has been home ever since.
