Join us for a joyful morning of movement, music, and community on Saturday, May 9 from 8:30 - 12:00 PM at the newly opened El Jardín Inn in Little Havana.
This free event celebrates spring, wellness, and connecting with the community, just in time for Mother's Day. Come for one activity or stay for the full morning. Whether you're bringing your mom, your best friend, or just yourself, there's something here for you.
Get Excited For:
A fun social walk through the neighborhood, a yoga flow to reset, and a high-energy Spanglish pilates workout (with a touch of dance), live saxophone, local coffee & matcha vendors, and a paint-your-own succulent station inspired by the creative garden spirit of El Jardín. Stick around to explore the murals, grab a photo, meet a new friend, and enjoy the vibes.

Check-in opens 30 minutes before each activity. Space is limited, so please RSVP in advance and ensure you sign up only if you plan on joining. Join us for one session or the full morning.
What to Bring: Bring a mat, water, hat, and comfortable shoes. Classes are held outdoors in the sun. Mat rentals available on-site or via Eventbrite. Wear something bold and bright (hot pink or yellow if you have it) to celebrate the season. This is a free event thanks to El Jardin Inn.

Say Hello to your Guides:
Bianca Natali | Miami Walk Club Born and raised in Miami, Bianca is a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 250) and Pilates instructor with over 2,000 hours of group fitness teaching. She is the founder of non-profit Beyond Grey, co-founder of Miami Walk Club, and has created and managed over 200 wellness events across the city. For Bianca, wellness starts with showing up for each other. Her classes and events are built to make everyone feel welcome, no matter where they are in their journey. IG: @biancabnatali
Sam Reynolds | Cafe Namaste Founder of Cafe Namaste, Miami's community wellness collective. Sam leads yoga and wellness programming across the city, from boutique residences to botanical gardens. Her teaching centers connection, breath, and meeting life as it is. A registered yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, Sam guides students through the holistic practices of yoga and leads international retreats. She moved to Miami in 2007 to study her Master's at the University of Miami and returned after living and working in the Czech Republic and Rwanda for six years. Miami has been home ever since. Michi Abreu | Move Like Michi Pilates teacher, dancer, and 500 HR RYT. Miami native. Michi is known for her signature Move Like Michi workout, a high-energy fusion of Pilates and rhythm dance rooted in her background in classical, Latin, hip hop, and funk styles. A graduate of New World School of the Arts with a BFA in dance, Michi creates vibrant, welcoming classes designed to help you feel confident, empowered, and at home in your body. IG: @movelikemichi
